I have used this twice so far. Once I got it I washed it and used it right away. I apprently didnt dry it all the way and my fondant stuck to it like mad. I was so sad because I though it was the pad. I just used it again yesterday (when it was dry) and it worked amazingly. My fondant wouldnt stick to it. I love not having to use powdered sugar/corn starch. The fondant stay true to its color this way. I did find it a little small for the cake I was making. I needed an 18 inch circle of fondant and the pad was only 16 inch, my fault for not getting bigger. It was pricey but will be worth the investment for me at least.

I have a garden and clean a lot of greens. The spinner i had for years broke and it was larger and had holes in the bottom and was more convenient for doing big batches. But this has an improved design on top to allow you to clean it easily and i can put the basket in the sink, fill it with greens, then put the basket in the spinner. We screwed this into the back of our pantry door. Almost all of our spice bottles fit in it. There are a few narrow bottles that tilt a little bit, but none of them fall out.
